He holds both a Broker-in-Charge license and a Real Estate Educator’s license, and serves as Owner and Education Director of Providence Real Estate Education, an NCREC-approved school that trains and mentors agents across North Carolina. Before real estate, Garrett earned his Master’s Degree in Higher Education and built a career in leadership development at universities, where he honed the organizational and communication skills that now define his client service. Locally, he is active on the Greens Committee at Cedarwood Country Club and enjoys competitive golf when not spending time with his wife and young daughter, Rylie.
